Personally; I believe infinity works BOTH ways... front and back. But because we live in a cause/effect universe (in a vast multiverse) we can't perceive this. It's like a piece of paper trying to understand 3D...

    Electricians were probably the “who.” Bulbs (not LEDs) was the “how” in TOS. Locally I don’t know any electricians or otherwise “electric” knowledgeable person expect my dad who passed away. And with LEDs you have to do extra work for them to fade on and off to make a real nice “fluid” scan.

    Online I asked one person who seems to talk-the-talk for help, offering to pay him for designing the circuit, and have been ignored since a “sure I’ll help” last November. Bulbs have the natural dim/brighten aspect to them when power is cut/applied. LEDs don’t have that - they are harshly on or off.
