I'd have to agree with most of EE's answers. Very imaginative thread, though Rowskid...

As for 'neighborhood hearthrob'? If it has to be male, I'd probably think dsgtdave or Lucky Log. Both of those guys look like actors. If I were gay? They'd be in trouble...

But all the other choices (reverse EE's 'OT' answers for mine; I think he'd be a quiet sort of neighbor ... I like quiet).

Yeah, I'd probably be hosting the BBQs; it seems like every month my wife and I have our friends over for some reason (beyond just enjoying their company) ...

Corner store would be co-run by Zipper and Tom. Not in any particular order; maybe they'd give me a job sweeping the floors...

Nan would definitely be the noisy neighbor (Atlantia practice). And Nan? I'd be by to visit and we'd have awesome movie nights I'm sure, but I'd have to live at LEAST one full block away (I'm almost 'Shalaft's syndrome' sensitive to noise these days... )

I think I'd also run the local daycare for maneth's and Raven's kids; Mrs T and I are great with kids. Maybe GBBS avenue would have a nice park up the street like my street....

CK would be loaning everyone his tools, but I'd trust everyone here to give them back....

I'd add Sean to the neighborhood watch along with Baltar; Baltar could take the bad guys down, Sean could dispose of the evidence...

For the sake of my homeowner's insurance, I'd also make sure that I live at least a block away (I've been in one house fire already myself many years ago that was caused by a stupid ex-landlord of mine; I am in NO hurry to repeat that experience. I also lost a brother to a fire, so no thanks with the flames. And no offense, but I also loathe the sound of gunfire).

I almost forgot the 'scandalous' neighbor (as mentioned in the initial post); I think Nan would also get that honor. But around this neighborhood? That'd also tie her with being the coolest neighbor as well. It'd be a badge of honor, not shame. And as long as her band practices a good block away from my house and she tries to attend all of our movie nights at Casa OT (every Friday at 7 pm)? Then all is groovy...

I'd imagine we'd have a corner playground with a rocking heavy raider for the kids to play on (ammo removed, of course; child safety and all). Halloween would be a gas in this neighborhood; especially with all the creative folks on this site? And with CK and I having our big theme parties?

Oh, the possibilities....

And normally I think I'd be your most annoying neighbor ( ), but that wouldn't be a problem on 'GBBS avenue' since you guys would be kicking it at my pad most of the time watching movies, enjoying the pool (ah, my arthritis would love that!) and enjoying the barbecue (and the curry, for those who dare to be more exotic; I make a beautiful curry...).
