After watching all the episodes of Caprica, why didn't Zoe ever tell anyone, specifically Tamara in "Things We Lock Away", that it was Ben who blew up the MagLev and not her? Seeing Ben with the bomb attached to his waist came as a big shock to Zoe as well.

Kind of wondered that myself. It was one of those things that fell through the cracks in the writers room I guess.

Maybe the explosion messed up the link between Zoe and her Zoe-A and the data wasn't transmitted (just as her email to her mother had to be forensically recovered)?
Zoe-A knew her original was dead; but remember she didn't know HOW.
I know of a similar 'biological analogy' to that is when a person has a traumatic car crash but afterwards cannot remember it; sometimes it's the trauma that wipes it out of your memory, sometimes it's brain damage or who knows? A similar thing happened to me when I had a really bad motorcycle accident 17 yrs ago; my memory literally stops at the moment I left work that day and nothing after that for about four days (even though, by all accounts, I was conscious and talking afterward). The memory (or data) is lost. Maybe a similar data-trauma/corruption happened to the avatar and she only knows that Zoe is dead, but the exact circumstances are fuzzy if not gone altogether.
Or there is a simpler explanation. She loved Ben and she was protecting his memory? Just a thought...

"HE started it...."
