Disagree about the ambition part. I'm sure it is there but how we allocate our resources is seriously flawed on this planet. Right now the energy demands are probably beyond us but with all the stuff they are finding with that atom smashing machine or whatever it is it makes me believe the human race is capable of discovering it at some point.

DVDs are awesome. Frak Blu Ray. I'll buy those only when I absolutely have no choice. My 1080p upscaling DVD player keeps me plenty happy; even on my HD TV set. :thumbup:

Sadly however? The age of optical media (CDs, DVDs, Blu Rays) is rapidly coming to a close. I'd say in about 12 years or less most new movies will be flash drive or streaming only.

Mmmmm....agree and disagree...I know what you are saying. Many movies I have loved and the critics have not. However, I believe in some critics that are truly accurate in their reviews of the movies and I support their criticisms. So I say, let it roll.
