As far as I'm aware, there is no official designation for any of them. I did the graphics that people are citing on the Wiki and I performed extensive research on their meanings during the course of their construction, to no avail sadly.

Hey Loki,
137th Gebirg is correct, In all my research I have never seen any "Canon" explination for these award insignias. I agree, I don't think there ever were any established insigna sets ever done by Moore's BSG2 crew for the series as was done in the Star Trek and Star Wars universes'.
To help you out a little, here is an Awards Set done by Limerickcot, a friend of mine. He built them for a wargame manual he was working on and it is a very logical set-up for the awards. Maybe you can use them or at least give you a start.

Are those "New" BSG items? If so, a few look like CLOSE copies to the original BSG items.
Most of them are new with two exceptions:

The top ones are from the original series, and are US Army Military Intelligence branch insignia turned upside-down. When DeSanto & Singer started on their continuation project in 2000, they resurrected these devices with the modifications to the originals seen underneath. After that project got scuttled in late 2001, Ron Moore took those modified devices and added them to the decoration sashes of the NuBSG crew's dress grays.
Interestingly, some of these were taken, repainted and reused in the "In A Mirror, Darkly" two-parter for Star Trek Enterprise as mirror-universe uniform decorations.

-sigh-
I really hate ImageShack. Half the stuff I uploaded to them has gotten corrupted and nobody on that site seems to care. I need to go back and redo all my pics on another image server; probably PhotoBucket.
Here are some other pics of the TOS insignia (originally from Kobol.com):
