Oddly enough, I think my SG:U withdrawals are worse, but I also miss Caprica. I think they should have shown the whole season at once. It had hardly started before it ended.

Unfortunately, the long hiatus from Caprica has NOT made my heart grow fonder (like it used to for BSG). I find that I miss Caprica less and less.
Hopefully, I can rekindle my jones for the show when it comes back, but if not? I'm not overly concerned one way or another.
I think (at my age) I'm just getting tired of the "SyFy" (nee SciFi) channel's needlessly over-long hiatuses and scheduling bulls**t.

I'm getting back into my love of Sherlock Holmes in the meantime... (the GOOD Sherlock Holmes stories, not the dumbed-down-for-your-protection, Robert Downey Jr blasphemy that farted across movie screens last year).

It wouldn't be so bad to avatar her up if she is toast. But I want her back. I don't like all the complaints about her story drawing away from the other stuff. She suffers from a ton of faults a lot of people do and she did well to humanize it. I'm a fan boy for sure of Amanda, but she really is more than a psychotic drunk stuck in the past.

I have a better idea with Amanda besides her conscious being downloaded into a Cylon body. How about if her body (and her fracked-up conscious) being the model for the female hybrid, you know, the one that talks nonsense? It could explain why the hybrid talks gibberish (or does it speak the word of the Cylon god?).

I don't think Daniel would do that to Amanda... plus, he can't do it. He doesn't have a good copy of Zoe-A anymore, or the "how to" do the Avatar thing. And he doesn't have another MCP to download her into any body - biological or robotic. Amanda is either 1. okay, 2. going to be missing a leg or something - but alive, or 3. dead. (All bases covered!)
