Hey folks, I've recently joined a game called Second life, if aren't familiar with it, it's a virtual world. It's free to play and free to download. In this game, there is a BSG role-playing sim. It takes place on a Mercury class battlestar named the "Mercury". The ship is well built, it looks just like the Pegasus. I am currently an Ensign in the CIC. When the sim I am part of management for re-opens I will let you know. If you think their Mercury rocks you should see the Olympia. If you're interested let me know.

I saw a video of it on youtube, your Battlestar looks AMAZING! But... it appears your SIM takes place during the first Cylon war, judging by your old Basestars and old raiders, not that their not cool, I just like the new show, with humanoid cylons.

I actually went to this place in game, and didn't see anything related to any of the shows. I did however see information about the sim, it said that it covers ALL parts of the BSG universe, TOS, and RDM.

Well to be honest, there were some issues and the sim is undergoing drastic changes. It is moving as soon as we have everything rebuilt and will be taking place in the 'reimagined' timeline, but you were correct...it was taking place 10 years into the first Cylon war

Didn't I comment on this already? O_o
Anyway, it's good to see the Second Life community doing what it's supposed to... bring all of my favorite things into a virtual universe. The only thing missing is a holoband.
Good luck with keeping it active and making it as successful as possible. Don't forget the scale of everything either. :-)
