I'm hoping this one will be better than last week's. Not that last week's was bad, but this late in the game, I'm expecting them to really blow me away.

Agree with you, more or less; at least they've been consistent, with one or two really mind-blowing installments (and no real substandard ones yet, IMO). With a show as high a caliber as BSG, expectations are a very dangerous thing. cylonnono.gif We probably all have our own mind's eye version of what the last BSG should look like, and it'll probably never really match 100%. But I'm sure whatever is in store, it'll be very interesting (either genuinely so, or in the Chinese curse sense of the word!). Here's to tonight. Hope it rocks! cylonclap.gif

Things that happened in the last episode: Galactica getting it's rivots blown out by Boomer and her fracked-up jump too close to the ship, Hera was taken by Boomer, Helo thinking with his third stick and not with his brain (also Tyrol as well)...

Questions to be answered tonite I suppose...or hope!

Saw those, too, just now. I am convinced that tonight is indeed, Laura's swan song. We salute you, Madame President. nBSGsalute.gif Jeez, poor Adama...he is going to be a basket case if this is so! cylonclap.gif

Well, as for the ahem, funeral, we ALL got punked; not Roslin's funeral, but a mass funeral! Ouch! But the show has to seriously get it in gear! Two episodes left and a LOT of threads remaining. I'm all for a little ambiguity, but COME ON! Get it together. cylonweapons.gif

I'm glad you were too! But Jeez Louise, poor Galactica. She's rotting away. That breaks my heart as much as Laura's death would've. Almost had a tear well up in my visor slit! cylon-pancarte04.gif

Do do that, OT! You might rust! And I loved seeing the old style raiders in the Colony scene! Cool! And yeah, I'm getting all emotional thinking about our poor old girl(s) dying (both of 'em). I don't know if I can take it! It could be worse than when I watched B5 being "decommissioned"\demolitioned"! Of course, part of that might have been Sheridan dying, too.

I had to remove that part of your spoiler because I cried when JMS turned off the lights to B5 and then we all saw it decommissioned and demolished. See, now I'm going to have to watch my whole B5 set again....I love B5.

And, as usual...off topic we go!!

This is the end. My only friend, the end. The Doors had it spot on.

Such a great ship shouldn't just break apart form old age, she deserves to die in a blaze of glory. Just like the first Whitestar's dive on Z'ha'dum adama-pancarte001.gif
Would anyone like any toast?

Something tells me that she will go out in a 'blaze of glory' by ramming and either destroying or severely damaging the Cylon 'colony.' Payback's a b***h! A colony for 12 colonies. Ouch! And I, too, loved seeing old-school raiders again. Maybe we'll see more of old-type toasters as well?? Any more of my 'homies' at home?. Sad to say, but for a third to last episode, not a lot of forward movement, though. A bit meandering. Only two left! Action Stations, dammit! cylonweapons.gif
