That's just one of the reasons we need to get the frak out of OPEC.
Gas here is now as $3.79 a gallon. We actually had to decide if we wanted groceries or fill our cars up.

This gasoline crap is just that... a load of crap!! Prices yo-yo so much, it's hard to tell what you'll pay next?!? And as for groceries vs. gas? Groceries wins, every time, buddy. I need to be able to eat. I can always walk it off... but I'll be fired if I have to walk 16 miles to and from work each day.

LMAO! Well, I'm guessing a tank of gas is less where you live than where I live, so I'm considering it.

Gas shot up to $3.89 in central Ohio this morning.

The excuse the oil companies was givign on the news today was that they have to pay more to "ship the oil from the middle east". I don't buy it, not when both BP and Shell have broken profit records every month since Katrina in 2005.

I hope you can have your windows open.
If it makes you feel better, I'm having trouble with my landlord too.

I'm sure they do have to pay more to ship it. But the part they leave out is that they're making so much profit that they can probably use silk tapestries for toilet paper.
One good thing about Toronto, you don't need a car.

People like to throw that around to make themselves feel better. I remember getting into a heated argument with an employer who kept calling me a moron. So I finally asked him, "who is the bigger moron? The moron or the moron who hired him?"
He apologized. He had no answer for the president when asked, "if you think he is so stupid why have you implemented all of his ideas?"
So try not to let it get to you. I know its hard sometimes, especially when you know you have a high IQ but people are jerks!

Reminds me of my favourite Obi-Wan line: Who's the more fool? The fool or the fool who follows him?
