yes I am I just rewatched the ep to make sure.
The marines that where with 'the dude that was killed' took them on a raptor to Pegasus.
Thats why Adama said to Cain that they had to have a trail on his ship because the crime was comitted on Galactica. Of course Cain didnt agree ( duh she knew they were gonna get away with it ) and she heared them out, found them guilty.
Adama got pissed because they didn't have their case heared by a jury.
Soo he send a raptor to get is men. And they ended up almost shooting each other up:) the rest you know

So yeah they killed the guy on Galactica, in Athena's cell. And the marines who where there escorted them in a raptor to Pegasus.

Thank you! That makes sense. So the query that was made earlier on about how they got them on to a raptor without anyone flagging it was probably because everyone didn't think any of it or if they did, they didn't realize it was a wrongful arrest. Thanks Nan!!

I have a quick question about the episode, it might be more or less about the following episode after Pegasus, but did Admiral Cain order her Viper to attack Galactica's main batteries? I am asking this because I remember seeing it at one point. Just thought I would ask

Yes, she did make the order to attack the Galactica. All her vipers went out and all of Adama's vipers went out in a classic charge that was called off at the last possible second. In the following episodes Adama decides to order Starbuck to put a bullet in Admiral Cain's head and the Colonel from the Pegasus is ordered to do the same to Adama. Both sides decide that this will be a bad idea.
Ironically, right afterwards Six puts a bullet in Cains head anyways. Some times you just can't escape fate.

Adama wanted to get his marines back from Pegasus ( Chief and Helo ) but Cain refused to release them because they killed Lt. Thorn. ( she wanted to thom them out of the airlock )Thats why Adama ordered to sent the vipers to Pegasus to get his men off the ship. And than Cain ordered to engage with Galactica vipers but they both held their fire. Than an unknown vessel popped up on dradis which was starbuck in the stealth viper and they both called off the attacks on one another.
At least this is what I remember:)
