Going over the screen caps I noticed that not only does the Doctor not like Sagittarons, he also like to kill 64 year olds, check it out:

Yeah seemed like he hated old people as well. Kind of shocking that it didn't have more a variety of ages though.

Didn't Paul McCartney write a song about this?

When I'm 64

"When I get older, losing my hair, many years from now..."

No sign of "Vera, Chuck & Dave", though.

And now for... A Day in the Life "I read the news today, oh boy..."

Leonis

I fly a starship across the Universe divide / And when I reach the other side / I'll find a place to rest my spirit if I can / Perhaps I may become a highwayman again / Or I may simply be a single drop of rain / But I will remain / And I'll be back again, and again and again and again and again...

Johnny Cash - Highwayman

Reminded me of Logan's Run too, even if these at least lived twice as long.

There was a STTNG episode where it dealt with a race of beings where they where forced to commit suicide by like 74 I think. I kind of reminds me of that. Once you reach a certain age you are expected to no longer live and be taken care of.

That was 60, and it was the episode where a 60y/o professor was developing technology to regenerate a dying star or something like that. Troy's mother (Majel Barett) was in it.
There's no place like 127::

I haven't even noticed this... To quote Maneth: Creepy...
But this also shows that the production crew shoots every episode with attention given to details... To be able to give the fansites something to talk about between two seasons. wink.gif
