Use this thread to post and discuss your favourite scene (or scenes) from the Caprica pilot and all future episodes.

Personally, I loved pretty much any scene where Joseph and Daniel discussed the moral implications of resurrecting Zoe. The brief resurrection of Adama's daughter was also very interesting.

It was a very brief shot, but I also loved the glimpse of the low, rounded building Helo and Athena walked by during their time on Caprica. Excellent foreshadowing.

Other highlights of the pilot were Daniel searching for Zoe after the seemingly failed download and finding she's not there, and Joseph's breakdown about the defense minster's murder and subsequent heart to heart with William.

Of course, I loved the second Cylon test where it (Zoe) kicked some major drone butt. And then said "By Your Command" made me clap with a childish *OH GOODIE* HAHAHA.

Also I liked the part where Joseph told William that their last name is not Adams, but it is Adama. I thought that was a pretty powerful thing to advance Joseph and it will impact William more than he let on right at that moment.

I think my favorite scene from Caprica has to be when Zoe-R discovers that she's inside the U-87, then calls her friend asking for her help.

Maybe my expectations were too high. Will watch again. So far, my fave scene is where Greystone embraces Zoe, wishing that I could embrace my daughter before all the "ugly" started. I do think both Esai and Eric did superb jobs, though.

I think my favorite scene from Caprica has to be when Zoe-R discovers that she's inside the U-87, then calls her friend asking for her help.

For me it was the phone call at the end as well; a very creepy, disturbing moment. And I love that the Cylons' rebellious nature and monotheism came from an angry 16 yr old girl! Makes perfect sense.

Ah, these kids today; first it's the v-clubs, then the monotheism; next they'll be downloading their essence into machine bodies! Ah, crazy youth....


My runners-up, though? The scenes with Daniel and Joseph and the 'resurrection' of their daughters were both eerie and heartbreaking. Hard to watch (esp in Joseph's case). Great dramatic stuff.

I think the

Phone call scene was really good. I enjoyed seeing the Cylon body and when you heard the sound of the eye moving made me grin.

I was also impressed with

the way Joseph worked for the bad guys, changed his name and came from Tauron. It painted a completely different picture of the Adama's.

first U-87 test when it shot the paint ball right at Graystone's head. Nice picture of things to come.

I must be a toad and say the U-87 scene where he wrecked the target bots

I liked it all, but I really liked the scenes of Caprica City.

I love all the scenes where Lacy is emotional where you feel sorry for her.
