Honestly, I never quite saw the fuss about her looks. Another parallel with her and Katee Sackhoff, I suppose. I mean, she's not hard to look at, but she's not exceptionally pretty.

Now, Amanda Graystone, on the other hand... Or Lacey, for that matter.

On my 'personal' scale?

Lacey is (amongst the very attractive women of the show) kind of a 'plain Jane'; not exceptionally beautiful, but not bad looking at all.

Zoe is just cute; round face, nice smile, etc. A doll. Yes, she does look somewhat younger than her age, but if I were single and about a century younger....

Amanda is very attractive yes, I agree; but every time we see her she is crying or otherwise miserable.
But she has very classic features; nice eyes, too (when they're not red).

IMHO, none of the women of Caprica (even the despised Sister Clarice) would be kicked out of bed for crumbs!
But then again, my personal philosophy is that EVERY woman has her own special charms when you know where to look...

Yeah, that is the part that is creepy. They have this pretty young thing, who is way underage. I guess this is for the teens? Just like the Tween Cylon Centurian... Katee Sackhof is leagle at least...sigh..nevermind.

Well, the actress is actually 20-something, I think. She does look awful young, though. But that does make sense for the role.

But her raspy voice speaks of many a cigarette smoked...

But yes, she does look young. You'd need a 20-something to play a role like this because there probably aren't too many 16 yr olds who have the experience or acting chops to pull it off as convincingly as she did.
